He successfully leased our unit within days of it being listed and secured a fantastic rental return. He also attended body corporate meetings and dealt with the builders and building inspectors on our behalf. Alex was always very professional in his dealings with us and was prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. Alex Madikian of Nextview Property managed our property in Newcastle while it was being rented and also sold our property for us. It took under 2 weeks to rent out from the time we signed the management agreement, it was never empty in the time that we owned it, and it was on the market for a mere 3 weeks when we wanted the property sold. From start to finish — how good is that!

The quality of service provided by Alex and Nextview Property has been excellent and above our expectations. Alex is proactive, thinks outside the square when issues arise (he must belong to the school that says “problems are an opportunity for solutions!”) and more importantly, he fixes the problem himself.


Most other agents advertise and hope for the best – no skin off their noses if the property sits empty for a bit longer. Alex was on the ground and saw that for our property, a furnished let was the best choice (there was a lot of completed properties coming on the market at the same time) and once he got our okay with the budgeted spend, he bought all the furniture, bits and pieces and had them installed.


When it came time to sell, we knew we wanted Alex to do it for us and there again, he exceeded our expectations. The settlement process ran into trouble on the buyer’s side and Alex was the one who came up with a solution all parties were agreeable with, not the solicitors!


Owners — if you do not want to be bothered by your property or selling agent every 5 minutes with email updates, you want outcomes, and you want everything done in a timely manner, we highly HIGHLY recommend Alex Madikian and Nextview Property.
